The Sacred and ritual masks are still very alive in Burkina Faso. Children were forming processions, asking what super heroes movie we were doing, so proud to be part of it. Adults were witnessing not really knowing if they could participate. Some olders asked if they were coming from the ground as spirit. Scotch performs taboos, the permission to take the public space, the african versus the european body posture and social codes, contemporary and tribal art altogether, alternative stories, an experience of the unknown, and in fine, fun and freedom.
