Photography

My photography is what the eye is seeing. There is no composition or technical effect to shoot a new image of reality, but rather, like a choreographer, there is a work before with the performers or the subject to be very open and connected, so it creates these images. 

Strong and enigmatic visuals that reveal the place, the gaze, the reactions, what we may project in it, and invite possible alternative realities.

The Scotch Tape crossing cities prints are luxurious on argentic paper with a silver coating giving iridescent effects, colors are francs, the image is sharp and seems hyper realistic ; for a feel of beauty, and as a vision to reflect the viewer. 

In Africa these pictures have created history aftermath by being utilized (downloaded and printed in big numbers as postcards titled “the zombies of the president” without me knowing it) as factual by the revolution.

The portraits series capture both the person and the character he/she’s taking on.
